Custom Printz
What sizes do you offer for custom printz?
We offer a full size range from Small to 15XL across t-shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks. We also stock kids’ sizes starting from 0–3 months all the way up to size 16.

What is the quality of your clothing?
All our garments are made with premium fabrics (minimum 220 GSM) and printed using high-quality techniques to ensure long-lasting designs. We focus on quality over using the cheapest materials.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes! We offer custom print services for birthdays, funerals, sports teams, businesses, or any personal project. Our designers will work with you every step of the way, and nothing is printed without your approval.
How do I order a custom design?
Simply reach out to us via our Contact Page or DM us on Instagram @bigbadcustomz. We’ll discuss your design, sizing, and print details before finalizing your order.
How much does a custom design cost?
Custom design fee ranges between $25 – $125, depending on the complexity of your design. Printing costs are additional and vary depending on garment type and print placement.
What print options are available?
You can choose Front Only, Back Only, or Front & Back prints. Please note: Front & Back prints incur an additional $10 fee.
At the moment, we use DTF printing to ensure high-quality, durable designs. In the future, we’ll also be expanding into embroidery and sublimation to give you even more options.
What colours are available?
Kid Sizes 0–3M to 18–14M: Limited colours available.
Kid Sizes 2 to 16: Limited colours available.
Adult Sizes S to 5XL: Most colours available.
Adult Sizes 6/7XL to 14/15XL: Black, White, and Navy Only.
How long will my custom order take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and whether you choose standard or express shipping.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship across Australia! You can also arrange local pickup if you’re based in Sydney.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

What fabrics are used for branded clothing?
All branded garments are made with premium fabrics (minimum 220 GSM), chosen for comfort, durability, and long-lasting wear.
How should I care for my branded clothes?
We recommend washing your garments inside out on a cold cycle and avoiding bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results. Iron inside out if needed, and do not dry clean.
Are your branded items pre-shrunk?
Yes, our branded items are pre-shrunk during manufacturing, so they maintain their shape after washing.
Can I mix and match branded and custom items in one order?
No. This shop only allows for branded clothing to be added to the cart and purchased directly. Custom orders must be placed separately by contacting us via our Contact Page or Instagram @bigbadcustomz.
Do you release limited edition branded collections?
Yes! Occasionally we release limited edition branded items. Follow us on Instagram @bigbadcustomz or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
What is the turnaround time for branded clothing?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on whether you choose standard or express shipping. We ship Australia-wide.
Can I return or exchange branded clothing?
No. All branded clothing purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
