All branded clothing is made to order.

Production time is typically:

5–10 business days

This timeframe applies before shipping begins.

Shipping

Once production is completed, orders will be shipped using the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 10–12 business days
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

We currently ship Australia and New Zealand wide.

Tracking information will be provided once orders have been dispatched.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Production and shipping timeframes for custom orders differ from our branded clothing collection.

Custom orders require design approval, garment sourcing, and production scheduling. Because of this, turnaround times may vary depending on the design complexity, garment availability, and order quantity.

The production and delivery timeframe for custom orders will be discussed and agreed upon between BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ and the customer before payment is made.

By proceeding with a custom order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the agreed production timeline.

If a custom order is required for a specific event (such as birthdays, memorials, sports events, or business promotions), customers must notify BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ at the time of ordering.

While we will always do our best to meet requested deadlines, BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to production.

BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ is not responsible for missed event dates due to late order placement, design approval delays, production constraints, or courier delays once the order has been dispatched.
