Branded Clothing Orders

All branded clothing is made to order.
- Refunds or exchanges are not available for branded items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If an item is faulty, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for resolution.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started or final design is approved.
Customers must confirm sizes, quantities, colours, and designs before production. BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided.
