Overview

BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ provides high-quality branded clothing and custom print services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including any product-specific policies.


1. Branded Clothing Orders

  • All branded clothing is made to order.

  • Production time: 5–10 business days (before shipping).

  • Shipping times:

    • Standard: 10–12 business days

    • Express: 3–5 business days

  • Refunds or exchanges are not available for branded items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

  • If an item is faulty, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for resolution.


2. Custom Orders

Custom orders include personalized designs, sizes, and quantities.

  • All custom orders include up to 2 design revisions. Additional revisions: $15–$30 depending on complexity.

  • Rush orders may be available (fees apply: under 14days +10%, under 7 days +20%, under 3 days +30%, 24–48 hours +50%).

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started or final design is approved.

  • Customers must confirm sizes, quantities, colours, and designs before production. BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided.

  • Custom order production and shipping times differ from branded products and will be agreed upon with the customer prior to payment.


3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit or FULL Payment is required to secure custom orders.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before production, pickup, or shipping.

  • Production will not begin until the payment is received.


4. Quality & Printing

  • BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ uses premium 200GSM fabrics and high-quality printing techniques.

  • Minor variations in print placement, colour, or size are normal and not considered defects.

  • Customers providing their own artwork confirm they have the legal right to use the design. BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ is not responsible for copyright infringements.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup or shipment.

  • BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.


6. Event Deadlines

  • Customers must notify us if a custom order is required for a specific event (birthday, memorial, sports event, etc.).

  • While we strive to meet deadlines, delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

  • BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ is not liable for missed event dates due to late orders, approval delays, production, or shipping.


7. Promotional Use

  • BIG & BAD CUSTOMZ may showcase completed designs on social media, marketing materials, or website galleries.

  • If you prefer your order not to be shared publicly, notify us at the time of ordering.
